Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue for Amazon.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Recruiting: Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants via phone or email to bring their competitive range of products, pricing, and availability to Amazon.
- Pipeline Management: Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Account Management: Partner with new merchants to provide data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon.
- Education and Enablement: Work closely with new merchants to educate them about Amazon's high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
- Tool and System Mastery: Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance.
- Category Expertise: Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor your pitch and advice to merchants.
- Results Tracking and Reporting: Track and report development results, analyze, and interpret reports and information for your portfolio of merchants.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Advanced English language skills.
Prior experience with pipeline management skills, including the utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools, and a track record of exceeding sales goals are highly desirable.
