We're seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role involves holding regular meetings with business units and management, providing guidance on HR issues and analyzing trends to develop solutions.

Main Activities:

  • Hold regular meetings with respective business units and management to provide guidance on HR issues.
  • Analyze trends and metrics related to employee rotation to develop solutions, programs, and policies that increase retention.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in interpreting HR policies and resolving complex employee-related problems.
  • Support international employees with expatriation assignments and HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar roles within the HR area.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the IT industry or regional responsibility (desirable).
  • Upper intermediate Spanish level.
  • Advanced English level.
