Role Description:

Our field sales team is a key channel for SumUp in Brazil, with a growing team and a strong focus on multi-product sales. As the accountable leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing team performance, and creating strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the field sales channel, monitoring team performance and creating strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Directly manage key leadership roles within the FVI team, including sales, projects, and training.
  • Ensure strong alignment with key stakeholders, including product, sales intel, growth ops, pricing, and commercial strategy.
  • Collect and act on merchant feedback to inform SumUp's long-term commercial and product strategy.
Your Profile:
  • Demonstrated success in a field sales role, ideally in the hospitality and retail industry or other point-of-sale solutions.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • In-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local clients.
  • Advanced English language skills.
