We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our demand planning processes globally.
This role will be responsible for driving innovation and growth by developing future design for KCC demand planning under the Aurora program.
The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of state-of-the-art statistical forecasting models, collaborate with vendors, and serve as a subject matter expert on volume and trade modeling for the Demand Planning process.
- Develop and clearly communicate Key Performance Indicators for modeling and related software tools or processes.
- Effectively communicate and influence Demand Planning team members, Sales Planning, field teams, and IT teams as needed.
