About the Role

This visionary leader will oversee the deployment of Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) as a carbon dioxide removal technique in Brazil. With a focus on agronomic trials, you will design and manage experiments to monitor parameters and address fundamental research questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team within the R+D program
  • Oversee experimental design and communication with external stakeholders
  • Analyze, present, and publish data from experiments and deployments to diverse audiences
Core Skills & Experience:
  • A PhD or equivalent experience in Soil Science, Agronomy, Earth Science, Geochemistry, Biogeochemistry, or related fields
  • Extensive experience in research and development, particularly in agronomy or related fields
  • A proven track record of successful research projects and publications in high-quality journals
