Job Overview

The Brazil Business Unit Leader is responsible for guiding the strategic growth of established offices in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.

This leader will oversee a team to achieve company objectives, enhance client satisfaction, ensure staff management and development, deploy and manage project resources, and provide oversight of project phases while ensuring compliance with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include identifying, capturing, and completing projects in various markets, as well as overseeing project deliverables and developing strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience overseeing projects, staff, and client relationships, with a solid reputation with private sector clients and local and state government agencies.
