Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences is essential, as well as the ability to provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- You must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a requirement, with additional languages an advantage.
- You will need to be able to reach a height of 212 cm and stand for long periods.
- A minimum of one year's experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
