
Sales Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain and grow small accounts in the LATAM region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, acting as liaison between sales support and customers, and evaluating existing relationships to create a territory plan and successfully execute against that strategy.
Key responsibilities include calling on existing customers to secure appointments and gather information on their needs, positioning and demonstrating the value of our products to address business issues, and providing excellent customer service by managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build influential relationships and partnerships with customers and stakeholders;
- Previous professional experience in client portfolio management and solution sales, preferably in data or technology companies;
- Advanced English language skills and proficiency in Spanish (preferred);
- College or university degree or equivalent work experience;
