Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to fill the role of Cloud Support Engineer.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Linux systems, cloud computing, and customer support.

  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues related to cloud technologies.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Own results and ensure that each support case is handled according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the highest possible customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular weekend working rotations and contribute to knowledge base articles.

  • Providing expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate documentation for processes and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional written and spoken English language skills.
  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or alternative chosen path.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Linux systems including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
  • Cloud computing expertise in provisioning, monitoring, orchestration, etc.
  • Advanced troubleshooting experience, solid understanding of OS and application-level bugs.
  • Programming fundamentals in any language.
