Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to lead our LATAM region and drive growth in our Short Range, Smart Modules, PCBA, and ODM projects product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market analysis strategy to maximize growth in the LATAM market.
  • Identify and pursue new verticals and customers focused on our product lines.
  • Support and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to add new product lines to their customer base.
  • Provide product updates, training, and customer presentations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze account designs and product lines on the regional funnel.
  • Train sales forces and rep firms/distributors on product lines and follow up on opportunities.
  • Create monthly LATAM discussion reports on leads, technical evaluations, meeting plans, and roadmap calls.
  • Initiate and schedule roadmap meetings to drive business growth.
  • Operate Salesforce CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Attend tradeshows and identify potential accounts and products that use cellular modules.
