Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive high-value specialty board & paper sales to customers in South America. As the Sales Manager, you will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with our current and new customers as well as internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an import sales strategy to identify and target new customers and accounts focusing on the following product categories:
  • Ivory Board: for use in high-end cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging
  • Food Grade: for use as a paper food tray
  • Blister Ivory Board: for use in battery packaging, stationary, etc.
  • Art Board: for use in playing cards, clothing tags, name card, etc.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant category paper sales experience
  • Existing relationships with Converters, Printers, and End Users
  • Must be fluent in English
  • A Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in CRM
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to customers across North America and the Caribbean
