About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Smart Card solutions in Brazil, targeting the Payment, Transport, Access, and Telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing accounts and develop business with new customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and promote Linxens' smart card solutions throughout the ecosystem.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows and regional smart card events.
  • Liaise between regional customers and cross-functional teams within Linxens to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to customers and prospects in a timely manner.
  • Provide first-level technical support when designing Linxens' smart card solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and deploy a coherent go-to-market strategy for Linxens' products and services.
  • Monitor and report industry trends and share it with the larger sales and marketing team.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience as Technical Sales / Sales Manager in Smart Card Segment in Brazil region.
  • Masters / Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the entire sales process from planning to closing.
  • Expertise in Sales forecasting, budgeting & executing.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
