Our organization seeks an experienced sales professional to spearhead the development of go-to-market strategies for a cutting-edge warehouse and distribution center software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key clients.
Primary Responsibilities:- Pioneer innovative sales approaches to promote the software solution.
- Lead the entirety of the sales process from lead generation to contracting.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all stages of the sales process.
- Manage sales activities and customer information within the CRM system.
- Conduct targeted outreach to prospects to induce interest in the software solution.
- Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate the value proposition of the software.
- Develop and execute focused engagement strategies with high-potential prospects.
- At least 7 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in software sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Proven success in bringing new software solutions to market.
- Strong communication skills to present and articulate software value propositions.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Master's degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in facility management, including selling, integrating with, or similar.
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities in CRM Management.
- A well-established network among VPs of supply-chain, operations, logistics, or similar.
