About the Role

The Solutions Consultant is a key member of our sales team at Zendesk, Inc. responsible for driving technical sales cycles and delivering value-focused presentations to customer executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with prospects to drive customer happiness and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Scope, lead, and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the value of our software solution.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to meet business requirements with innovative technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence new product development and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of related experience and a minimum of 3 years of software pre-sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and superior solution scoping abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Flexibility and agility in approach, with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment with multiple roles.
  • Bachelor's degree is a requirement; graduate degree is a plus.
Desired Skills
  • Proficiency in Portuguese.
  • Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions.
  • Knowledge of topics such as Customer Service software, Employee Experience, ITSM.
  • AI, Telephony (CTI), Business Intelligence, Integrations, REST APIs, Middleware.
  • Call Center experience is a significant advantage.
