Job Title: Presales Consultant
About the Role:
The Presales Consultant will be an expert in Motorola Solutions' products, responsible for matching customer needs with available solutions to close deals more quickly. This role requires an active understanding of customer needs, developing an initial view of how the solution should be adapted to meet those needs, and determining how Motorola Solutions' products can be positioned to emphasize differentiators and advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pre-sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maintain deep expertise in Motorola Solutions' products, including customer needs, use cases, and benefits.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design tailored solutions, including custom configurations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase Motorola Solutions' capabilities and serve as the product expert in meetings.
- Manage CRM data and ensure deals are qualified before investing pre-sales resources, while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, or computer science, or equivalent qualifications or experience.
- A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in business or software analysis, with at least 2 in a senior role.
- Fluent English.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, and pre-sales consulting and the preparation of pre-sales documents.
