**YOUR ROLE**:
**We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Management Specialist to support organizational transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.**
- **Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.**:

- **Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.**:

- **Create and execute communication plans, training programs, and support materials.**:

- **Track and report issues, risks, and progress related to change initiatives.**:

- **Evaluate and ensure user readiness and adoption metrics.**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field.**:

- **3+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.**:

- **Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).**:

- **Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence at all levels.**:

- **Experience with enterprise transformation projects is a plus.**:

- **Good level of English.**

**Nice to Have**
- **Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).**:

- **Experience in Agile environments (e.g., SAFE).**:

- **Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).**
