**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a Creative Resource Manager to join our Design Studio, based in Brazil. The Creative Resource Manager is the key point of contact for the Brazilian Design Studio. They assign and manage the day-to-day flow or projects through the Studio working with the Brazilian resources and US-based client teams. They are essential in keeping work progressing efficiently and accurately.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assign projects and maintain resourcing for Brazilian Design Studio
- Ensure designers is utilized against availability and talent/skills
- Monitor projects closely and resolve resourcing conflicts knowing when to involve key agency stakeholders
- Assess talent needs and act as point of contact for Creative Resource Director if workload is exceeding current capacity
- Assist Brand Management and Production teams in finalizing project schedules that involve Design Studio resources
- Work with ECD/CD/ACDs to move projects through internal creative approvals, keeping team members aware of deadlines and status of projects through Studio
- Recommend process improvements for Creative Dept and Design Studio integration
- Demonstrate exemplary organization skills and maintain creative assets and presentation materials on agency server
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Communicate in English and Portuguese
- 4+ years of experience in advertising or related project or resource management role
- Great interpersonal and communication skills; a people person
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A distaste for the words “no” and “can’t”; solutions-oriented and always anticipating resourcing issues before they arise
**More information about the position**
- Location: Brazil (remote)
- No visa sponsoring or relocation
- Work on USA calendar, but will honor Brazilian National Holidays and Flexible Time Off
- Timezone PST primary, EST as needed.
- Work regime: Independent Contractor (PJ)
- Monthly salary R$9.000,00
