**Your impact**

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive market access and network expansion in the agricultural sector for the PTx brand in Hispanic America (except Argentina) region. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and defining growth strategies aligned with business goals.

**Your experience and qualifications**
- Analyze the agricultural market for trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop and execute customized market access strategies.
- Define and track market share targets. Evaluate and optimize current sales channels. Identify and integrate new strategic sales partners.
- Oversee onboarding processes to ensure alignment with brand standards. Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Generate market intelligence to support strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Business, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
- Consolidates experience in commercial strategy, channel development, or market access.
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, channel management, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced Spanish. Advanced English will be considered a plus

**Your place of work**

This position is based in Jundiaí-SP and up 65% of time in field (Latin America contries, except Argentina).
