**About Graphisoft**:
Graphisoft Brasil is seeking for a professional with strong technical and operational skills to cover all aspects of internal operations and partners / sales channels, for the company's commercial area. Responsibilities include reporting on total targets and forecasts and data-based operational management. Your work will have an immediate influence that opens the possibility of business expansion. This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal customers, external partners and other teams. Solid experience in operations / sales, collaboration and project management, solid business vision and great experience in reporting.

This position will report to the national sales director and provide operational support for the Brazilian field sales team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales director in the whole process, mainly in the expansion of the business, generation of Forecast, creation of opportunities and planning.
- Generation of commercial proposals, approval of commercial proposals from the field and after-sales management, ensuring the delivery of the product within the period informed to the customer.
- Management of our clients CRM (Salesforce) operation and Orders CRM (will be trained for) and DOCUSIGN.
- Ensure that the sales team is properly trained for quote, pipeline and proposal submission processes through Salesforce.
- Support the sales team mainly at the end of the quarter, assisting in the handling of all sales orders and approvals through internal processing.
- Ensure sales performance reports, with KPIs and accurate graphics.
- Finance and support: work with the finance and support team to ensure quality in the sales process from 1st order to payment and delivery.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance or other analytical role.
- A bachelor's degree in business or finance is a differentiator.
- Strong analytical and business skills are required.
- Salesforce® proficiency is mandatory.
- Excel® full knowledge is mandatory.
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate between business areas.
- Quick and logical thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- You must have a "can do" attitude and have a strong internal sense of urgency, be motivated, proactive and action oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.
- Passion for work in a lean and fast organization.
- The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and evolving role.
- Desire to grow with the team and take responsibility.
- Knowledge in Power BI is a bonus.
