Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager for TheOnePlan, you will be the face and voice of our brand in your local region. You will build meaningful connections with organizations to promote financial literacy programs. You will also engage with your community through social media by conducting video interviews that share valuable financial insights and stories.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with local organizations to present how TheOnePlan can support their community’s financial literacy.
- Conduct engaging social media video interviews with adults in your region on topics like best and worst financial decisions, effective financial strategies, and more.
- Represent TheOnePlan with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity.
What We’re Looking For
- University education (Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred).
- High mastery of English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organization skills, including time and task management.
- A highly positive, energetic personality who thrives on connection.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Work Schedule & Commitment
