Será responsável por interagir diariamente com clientes, pares, liderança e demais áreas internas; propor ideias e soluções de processos e procedimentos através da análise de causa raiz, que impactem a experiência do cliente; executa e lidera projetos relevantes, que impactam positivamente na melhoria da satisfação do cliente; executa e fornece relatórios baseados em análise de dados, trazendo insights relevantes para melhoria da experiência do cliente; mantém uma comunicação eficaz com clientes, executivos de vendas e demais stakeholders; exercita pensamento crítico sobre oportunidades de melhoria com foco do cliente; liderar projetos multifuncionais com objetivo em aprimorar a satisfação do cliente; realizar análise de causa raiz, aplicando metodologias de melhoria contínua; antecipar tendências e desafios, orientados a análise de dados;

**SALÁRIO**: R$ 3.800

**HORÁRIO**: comercial

**REQUISITOS**: superior completo, experiência mínima de 3 anos, inglês intermediário, pacote office intermediário.
