**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Como CS manager, você terá que:
- Garantir que o problema do cliente seja resolvido;
- Gerenciar um time de 2-3 Team leads e 20 Customer Agents, com relatórios diretos.
- Gerenciar performance e entregar resultados sólidos com o time.
- Identificar principais problemas do dia a dia e propor soluções de longo prazo;
- Garantir que todos os clientes sejam atendidos da melhor forma possível, seguindo processos sem perder o lado humano e empatico
- Capacidade de tomar providências ou reagir em situações emergenciais, tendo ownership e liderança.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Experiência de 5 anos na área;
- Desenvoltura para se relacionar;
- Comunicação coesa e coerente;
- Simpatia e Respeito;
- Determinação para conquistar novos espaços na companhia;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na região do Butantã em horários alternativos;)
São considerados diferencias:
- Experiência com zendesk;
- Experiência com voip;
- Experiência em atendimento como operador;
- Conhecimento de SQL.
