**About the Team**:
- The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Browse our Business Development and Partnerships team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.- Be responsible for several categories under a cluster with the objective of growing the categories through monthly campaigns and various strategic initiatives.
- Manage the category KPIs within a cluster.
- Define, implement and execute the business development / growth strategy for the cluster.
- Continuously analyse the internal and external environment to ensure that the cluster remains highly competitive in relation to the market.
- Identify, establish and grow other local strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Be responsible for cluster orders performance for the categories (daily and post-campaigns) and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures.
- Work with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Operatios, Product etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for sellers and products.
**Requirements**:
- Strong humility and adaptability. Shopee has a very dynamic business and we look for an open-mind and team-oriented professional who is willing to learn and grow with the company.
- At least 5-8 years of working experience. Prior relevant experiences with business development activities or in the fields of e-commerce or consulting are a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills and interest in interacting with other people (this is a key component of the job).
- Great problem-solving and modelling skills (identifying key problem to be solved, structuring approach, developing analysis, extracting insights etc).
- Great management and leadership skills. Previous experience managing big teams (e.g. 20 people or more) is a plus.
