We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team in Brazil. This role will focus on supporting the growth of our influencer and live streaming ecosystem on platforms, with the mission to find, onboard, and manage key talents and agencies. You’ll work at the intersection of talent scouting, community building, and influencer management to help drive platform growth in Brazil markets, Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential influencers, live streamers, and talent agencies to join our platforms. - Develop strong, ongoing relationships with top users in the live streaming industry. - Negotiate contracts and partnership terms with talents and agencies across Indonesia. - Build and maintain effective communication between internal teams and external talent communities. - Act as a trusted bridge between our team and the creator community. - Contribute to market growth strategy and be directly responsible for expanding the Brazilian user base. - Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to company culture. Job Requirements: - Fluent in English (required); fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a strong advantage. - Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities. - High emotional intelligence, relationship-building skills, and a "people-first" mindset. - Organized, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly and flexibly. - Strong familiarity with social media platforms and influencer trends. - A personal presence or network in the live streaming or social media space is a big plus. - Previous experience in business development, influencer marketing, live streaming, or community management is preferred.
