- Support and develops activities according to the talent development premises within the scope of development & training and mobility process, as follow:
**Development & Training**
- Assist employees at each major stage of a job change (analyzing job postings, drafting a resume, preparing for hiring interviews, etc., and providing support when problems arise).
- Execute all the campaigns related to it. Support all possible and necessary training actions, work closely with line managers and directors to make the annual training campaign, considering budget limitation, positions or project changes, cost and time efficiency.
- Work with the TD to plan and deploy the Training actions for supporting managers and employees.
- Work with TD to deploy all the HQ and local campaigns related to the talent development scope, such as: Annual Individual Review, Job evaluation (NP), HP&HPG campaigns.
- Maintain records and control of employee participation in the mandatory trainings of the affiliate, such as HSE Trainings
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, such as Language Course. Bring opportunities of implement internal training evaluating cost x benefits.

**Mobility Process**
- Work closely to the TD to perform the all the talent acquisition process steps, from aligning the demand with the TD and/or manager of the position, posting, searching talents and salary negotiations, until the onboarding of the new employee. The processes must be aligned with the global and local policies.
- Perform the annual Job Posting Campaign.
- Prepare the paper works related to the Request Position Form to be sent to HQ for permanent positions approval.
- Responsible for the paper works and flow of approvals related to internal mobilization and recruitment process.

**Governance**
- Elaborate reports, control and update data and define KPIs related to the activities within the scope

**HSE**
- Respect HSE policies and TEPBR code of ethics and conduct.
- Keep up-to-date medical exams as outlined in the PCMSO.
- Participate in HSE trainings and lectures.
- Collaborate in 5S maintenance of the office and selective collection of waste.
- Communicate to the HSE all situations of risk, accidents and near accidents in the company.
- Evaluate and manage the HSE matrix and training plan.
- Evaluate, along with HSE, the HSE requirements in Job Descriptions.

**Context and environment**
- Work closely to the business and technical areas in order to act as a partner of the business and be able to provide the best “client oriented” service and counseling at all times.
- Agile and able to provide accurate answers whenever possible and maintain the drive to search for the correct answers whenever you do not have them and revert on time and quality to the internal client.
- Always be able to provide support for staff members, professionals, managers and director (whenever needed) in relation with Individual Development planning and Conflicts Management.

- At least 08 years on People Management and HR roles.
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, Post-Graduation or Specialization equivalent degree.
- Portuguese and English are mandatory.
