We are looking for a strong leader who can take Caminhos to the next level. We believe and hope that this person, with their knowledge and skills, can increase our sales and lead our team towards new opportunities and market expansion
**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop and implement sales strategies** to increase student enrollment and grow the school.
- **Lead by example** in administration by mastering key tools such as CRM, Fidelo, RD Station, and Excel (training available if needed).
- **Engage directly with clients**, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborate with teams** to ensure a smooth operation and the best student experience.
- **Analyze market trends** to refine course offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Explore new business opportunities**, such as online classes, courses for expats, and additional language programs (English, Spanish, etc.).
- **Build strong relationships** with students, staff, and external partners to foster a positive environment.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or management, preferably in education, languages, or tourism.
- Strong **leadership skills** to guide and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A **creative and entrepreneurial mindset** to drive growth and innovation.
- Passion for languages, culture, and fostering connections.
- Interest in and support for **social initiatives**.
- Advanced level of **English and Portuguese**.
- Basic knowledge of **business administration and sales processes**.
