We're looking for a seasoned **Senior Lead Generation Specialist** to join our growing team and spearhead our lead generation efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies across multiple channels, with a focus on driving qualified leads to our sales team. **We are looking for someone who loves to make things happen.**
- ** This position is remote, but some traveling might be required.**
- ** Can only consider people living in Brazil.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify ideal customer profiles and target audiences.
- Identify target audiences and personas to tailor demand generation efforts effectively.
- Prospect for and qualify new leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Manage and maintain a clean and accurate CRM system, ensuring all lead data is up-to-date.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Look for new potential client accounts and make the first contact with those accounts to create interest
- Schedule demos for qualified prospects
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead-nurturing process.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus)
- 2+ years of experience with a similar role.
- Preferred: Prior inside sales B2B tech experience
- Preferred: Experience being held to metrics
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy and positive attitude, ability to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient/advanced English spoken and written
- Plus but not required: Hubspot
