**The Opportunity: Account Manager**

As an Account Manager at Smart Age Solutions, you'll be a vital part of our superstar team. Your role will focus on strengthening client partnerships and driving growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company.
- Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs.
- Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value.
- Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of Account Management or sales experience.
- Proficiency in English is a requirement.
- Proven track record in account management, customer success, or related roles, showcasing enhanced customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Service-oriented mindset with a talent for balancing commercial outcomes and customer needs.
- Innate problem-solving skills and a positive outlook.
- Possession of a Higher Education Degree.
- Demonstrated experience in E-commerce and navigating the digital landscape.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong time-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A creative problem solver with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and execution.
