Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. is recruiting for a Manager, Global Consumer Systems & Trending. This position will be located in Skillman, NJ; Fort Washington, PA; Lititz, PA; Neuss, Germany; San Jose dos Campos, Brazil; or Guelph, Canada.

The position is responsible for driving process improvements and related system requirements across the complaint process within the Global Complaint Vigilance (CV) organization. This role promotes efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement through process improvements (including master data) and system enhancements (Product Quality Complaint Management (PQMS) platform). The position leads and collaborates with business partners to implement innovative methodologies and seeks opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the complaint process as it relates to system requirements, deployment and use of the complaint system. In addition, the position provides governance for the CV procedure hierarchy as well as oversees SME documentation updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**This position has the following responsibilities**:

- Provides oversight of PQMS changes and maintenance. Communicates to greater team on status of all changes and pending updates.
- Partners with IT Product Owner (PO) and Application Services (AS) to manage the relationship with the system vendor and helps troubleshoot issues identified on a regular basis.
- Provides budgetary forecasts and works with J&J technology teams to update management and schedules.
- Provides support during audits of the Complaint module and process
- Assists during System Test and UAT activities by creating test cases, supporting script execution, and executing stored procedures
- Provides technical review and guidance during platform and complaint module upgrades

**Qualifications**
Required**:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree (or University equivalent)
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Experience working in a Quality environment
- Experience working with one or more technologies supporting Quality Systems (complaints, other)

**Preferred**:

- A focused degree in science, technology, engineering, statistics, microbiology, or related field
- Other Advanced degree
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, consumer, medical device, or a highly regulated industry
- Experience in developing and translating requirements such as marketing/user requirements to system requirements, system to software, etc.
- Previous experience mentoring, coaching, supervising, or managing direct or indirect reports
- Experience with Agile SCRUM methodology
- Six Sigma, Green Belt, or CQE certifications
