**What You'll Bring**:

- Attend ombudsman calls and back office requests: complaints, suggestions and general information-escalated cases;
- Creation, management and follow-up on complaint cases until its conclusion;
- Stablish relation with other areas to accelerated answers and propose processes improvements;
- Create and present periodic reports to Lead, Managers and Directors;
- Meet individual targets/goals (productivity, time to answer, quality);
- Fulfill-comply legal and regulatory requirements;
- Propose to the lead new strategies-processes improvements that allows the team to achieve the goals and avoid new complaints;
- Interact with consumer lead if there situations or cases that could have been avoided or resolved at the first level;
- Interaction with regulatory entities and customers;
- Attend calls (follow scripts, register the information in the tools).

**Impact You'll Make**:

- Knowledge and experience in support process, ombudsman and/or back office job (2nd or 3rd level).
- Familiarity with alternative complaint channels in Brazil (Legal, Reclame Aqui, consumidor.gov, etc).
- Previous experience in Consumer support operations with complaints handling.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Desirable: familiarity with financial, banks and credit operations.
