Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Our Search Operations team performs a critical function that supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content. Content interacts with includes images, video, text related to everyday life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.

The team plays a vital role in analyzing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality inspection of evaluated data and daily tasks of Search Ops Specialists;
- Localize the policies, be responsible for policy training, and align the policy updates;
- Conduct calibration meetings with the team in the appeal process: analyze different cases, record and evaluate their performance, and offer solutions and suggestions for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment;
- Work closely with the product operations team in order to provide feedback on data quality;
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content;
- And any other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Mandatory QA experience in Customer Service projects. Experience at moderation environment is a plus;
- Excellent identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities;
- An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users;
- Familiar with common office software, evaluating experience is preferred;
- Understanding the search trends and familiarity with online shopping-related business is preferred;
- Overseas working/training experience is a plus;
- Mandatory advanced / fluent English proficiency. English will be your working language;
