We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Manager to be in Sao Paulo or Bogota or CDMX or CABA.

Purpose:

- Shaping, standardizing and strengthening DP and S&OP Planning process by identifying appropriate internal and external best practices to develop strategic plans and meet the needs of Franchise and Cluster
- Leading key regional Plan program and initiatives, with a focus on advancing planning capabilities, enabling growth improving customer experience, and driving E2E supply chain efficiency
- Collaborating across all key functions to collectively support the DP and S&OP/IBP process for the region
- Ensuring overall DP and S&OP/IBP process adherence, while driving maturity improvemts.

You will be responsible for:
**Process Improvement**:

- Advances Planning Capabilities (people, process, technology) across the sector.
- Standardizes and improves planning process and introduces new processes based on their functional expertise, external best practices and enterprises standards
- Collaborates with Global Plan Transformation, Supply Chain, IT and Supply Chain systems & solution to prioritize technology roadmap for the region
- Creates and maintains functional community of practices (COPs) with key Subject Matter experts (SMEs) for facilitate the sharing of best practice, deliver system and process training and manage process improvement projects.

**S&OP and Demand Planning**:

- Responsile to maintain senior leaders’ engagement in the S&OP/IBP process to ensure that the decisions are taken withing the process.
- Leads the cyclical S&OP/IBP reviews with the appropriate management boards.
- Assists in the development of demand planning strategy through continuous monitoring of forecast accuracy results.

**Process Governance/Ownership**:

- Leads Ongoing process governance and integrity, reporting, and data accuracy. Regular monitor process compliance.
- Owns DP and S&OP planning analytics, develops and deploy a consistent set of tools to improve key supply chain metrics and support business decisions.
- Manages key plan project and initiatives, working cross-functionally to prioritize resource and mitigate risks.

**Others**:

- Develops, coaches and guides a team of business experts in the execution and realization of departmental and company goals, optimizing overall group effectiveness and business impact
- Leads change management practices to ensure effective implementation and integration of process improvement initiatives.

**Calificaciones**
Qualifications and requirements:

- University Bachelor’s Degree or MBA equivalent, Business, Engineering, Statistics &Predictive Analytics. Supply Chain Certification (APICS, IBF) is desired.
- Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP or APO) is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years working in Supply Chain Planning as functional expert (SME) in demand planning and S&OP process.
- English is required. Portuguese and Spanish are desired.
- **_Travel Requirements:_** 25% travel internationally.
- Ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively manage projects, multiple priorities and timelines
- Demonstrates working knowledge of change management concepts and methodologies
- Recognized as a planning expert in their functional fields.
- Understanding of the forecasting techniques desirable
- Ability to extract the knowledge and insights from data
- Statistical knowledge desirable
- Previous experience in consumer goods companies is required.
