**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring a Customer Experience Analyst to our CX - Customer Experience team in São Paulo
The Customer Experience team is the front line when it comes to communication and interaction with customers. As a member of this team you will develop relationships with customers and partners and treat them with empathy.
You should share the philosophy of "always going beyond" what a customer expects and providing customers with a great experience that will inspire them to tell their friends about Gympass. The key to this position is effective communication with the customer and with other areas of the company, turning the pain we identify into continuous improvement of processes, products and services.
In addition, you should maintain consistency in your work by ensuring you are doing your best to ensure that all KPIs are met. Putting yourself in the customer's shoes is always essential, in addition to having a professional attitude in every service.

- Support and solve occurrences related to the use of the Gympass benefit;
- Ensure excellent service, always being helpful and empathetic.
- Deal with others teams to find the best solution and keep up your SLA;
**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have a sense of empathy proactivity and a problem solving mindset;
- Advanced written and verbal communitcation ability;
- You are a people oriented person;
- Previous experiences dealing with customer service ;
- Knowledge Office Pack and Google Tools;
- Knowlegge of some help desk software is a plus (Zendesk for example);
- Bachelor's degree is a plus;
- Advanced/Fluent english or spanish is a plus.
