Summary
*Pre-determined contract for 9 months*
Job Responsibilities- Participation in strategic planning of positions;- Understand organizational goals, objectives and values to align recruitment strategies;- Support management in preparing the profile/requirements of vacancies;- Dissemination, sourcing and screening of resumes;-
- Management and presentation of offer letters in accordance with the company's job and salary program;- Behavioral analysis of profiles;-
- Manage several selection processes simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency;-
- Present ideas in a clear and persuasive way, acting as a brand ambassador, attracting the best professionals in the market;- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality when dealing with confidential information;- Execution of the HR calendar and schedule of campaigns and events;- Manage the budget foreseen to carry out internal initiatives;- Understand the principles of branding and communication strategies, being able to translate business objectives into easy-to-understand concepts;- Ability to create texts with creative insights for internal and event communications.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree on Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years on Human Resources Area, acting with talent acquisition.
Skills and abilities: Advanced English-speaking communication skills, experience working with Microsoft Office suite, problem solving, emotional intelligence, active listening, clear communication, critical thinking, marketing and negotiating skills.
