Estamos em busca de um **BDR** dinâmico e orientado a resultados para integrar nossa equipe comercial. O profissional será responsável por identificar e prospectar novos negócios, qualificando leads e estabelecendo o primeiro contato com potenciais clientes, contribuindo para o crescimento do nosso pipeline de vendas.
**Principais Responsabilidades**:
- Identificar oportunidades de negócio e qualificar leads que estejam alinhados com o perfil ideal da empresa;
- Agendar reuniões e demonstrar o valor dos nossos produtos/serviços para os prospects;
- Atualizar e gerenciar informações no sistema de CRM, mantendo um pipeline consistente;
- Colaborar com as equipes de marketing e vendas para desenvolver e otimizar estratégias de prospecção;
- Monitorar e reportar indicadores de performance, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos comerciais.
**Requisitos**:
- Ensino Superior completo (preferencialmente em Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas);
- Experiência prévia na área de vendas, prospecção ou desenvolvimento de negócios;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Perfil proativo, resiliente e orientado a metas;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM e no pacote Office;
- Desejável conhecimento em estratégias de outbound Marketing e prospecção digital.
Tipo de vaga: Tempo integral, Efetivo CLT
Pagamento: Até R$3.000,00 por mês
