We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter Account Executive, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural day to day achiever. - Pitch, sell and negotiate our whole business solutions portfolio (mobility, delivery, meal programs, credits/discount Vouchers and more) to diverse buyers personas inside top companies in every industry
- Own the full sales cycle for the biggest companies in Brazil.
- Own the inbound lead process as well as working together with other roles on outbound leads (prospect, contact and qualify new business)
- Hit bi-annual and quarter targets (quota carrying role)
- Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals
- Construct, forecast, and run your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM
- Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain dedication with customers
- Maintain the customer relationship and grow the business through up and cross selling
- Contribute on building and developing new U4B products and launches in the region
- Work closely with multifunctional teams that supports and enables our business
- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc
- Build documents like process playbooks, performance trackers etc. to help the team scale efficiently

**Basic Qualifications**
- Professional degree in business administration, marketing or similar
- 6+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years in B2B / B2C sales
- Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Strong use of insights and data based decision making to inform the sales process
- To be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environment

**Bonus Point**
- Proficient use of SFDC
- Sales experience with Enterprise Organizations, in SaaS environment
- Experience on B2B prospecting and lead generation
- Experience on B2B account implementation and account management
