**Job Description**:
**JOB OBJECTIVE**: Responsible for developing and implementing quality management procedures and productivity improvements including TI support with projects. us IT uptime production using best practices and established industry standard policies and procedures.

**ACCOUNTABILITY**: Receives general direction from the Country Manager

**GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES**: Defines quality policies and procedures to ensure best practices are implemented through the development balance scorecards and other management tools.

Active interaction with all areas promoting technical advices and capture; how they work, what can go wrong and how to ensure that the process is accurate and NPS consistenly answered

**JOB FUNCTIONS**:
1.Develops and analyzes statistical data and processes specifications to determine present standards and establish quality and reliability expectations on operational and customer service level.

2.Formulate and maintains quality control objectives complementary to all areas according to Data Analyses and NPS.

3.Direclty support to IT development inniciatives

4.Develops and manages quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all development teams.

5.Provides effective communications regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance plans.

6.Works with Project Management to develop project schedules and resource allocation models for software deployment, customer implementation and integration according to the demand.

7.Anticipates program release problems and takes independent corrective action, escalating as needed to resolve and achieve commitments.

8.Established and maintains on-going quality assurance documentation. GNC Code and NCs

9.Establish policies for for end user experience monitoring and meet all mandatory deadlines and procedures for quality issues including OAE.

10.Creates and implements stress test by sample as a preventive approach and metric

11.Communicated quality control initiatives to IT & Business teams.

12.Designs and implements quality control training programs

13.Design NPS framework and frenquency and reply to its demand in front of customer supporting all related areas.

17. Ensures Quality presence in the daily basis of every area and individual activity.

**Job Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- BS/BA degree is not required but highly preferred.
- Prefer at least 2 years of experience in Quality functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
- Certification and/or implementation experience in OEA, ISO, Six-Sigma
- Ability to handle confidential information frequently and appropriately.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced office.
- Good communication, attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Leadership experience is a strongly desired.
