**About the Team**:

- The purpose of the area is to provide strategic solutions for our employees, always aiming to boost the company performance through an engaging work environment aligned with our Culture and Values. Our team strives to provide great experiences for employees throughout their Shopee journey: Onboarding, Learning & Development, Internal Communication & Events, Performance Appraisal & Recognition. We are also committed to developing a safe, ethical, and diverse work environment for all through Wellness, Ethics & Compliance, and Diversity initiatives.- Person in charge of corporate events and wellness program of Shopee Brazil;
- Translate and localize regional initiatives related to Culture, Engagement and Wellness initiatives;
- Plan, organize and follow up local corporate events (online and offline), that incentives a culture of celebration, high performance and wellness;
- Manage budget and vendors, ensuring high quality of our deliverables with as much savings as possible;
- Develop reports that will measure the perception of internal clients on the quality of culture and engagement initiatives;
- Follow up useful indicators (such as climate surveys, turnover interviews, etc) to elaborate insights on improvements of our internal culture.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree;
- Advanced English (written, verbal and presentation);
- Experience in internal events and/or endomarketing;
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage projects and tasks efficiently and independently from end to end;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products.
