To accelerate our growth in South America, **Huayan Robotics America Inc.** is seeking a **Sales Manager** to lead our **Robotics Welding Cell** sales efforts in **Brazil**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a **sales strategy** to grow welding cell business across Brazil.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire **new manufacturing customers** in automotive, aerospace, construction, and metal fabrication sectors.
- Manage and expand relationships with **existing accounts, distributors, and system integrators**.
- Lead the **end-to-end sales cycle**: from lead generation, customer meetings, solution presentation, technical coordination, to deal closure.
- Work closely with Huayan’s **technical and engineering teams** to deliver tailored robotic welding solutions.
- Provide **market intelligence**: track competitor activities, customer needs, and local industry trends.
- Represent Huayan Robotics at **Brazilian trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events**.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual **sales targets**.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- **3+ years of proven sales experience** in robotics, welding automation, or industrial equipment.
- Solid understanding of **welding processes** (MIG/TIG/arc welding). Experience with cobots or industrial robots is highly desirable.
- Strong **technical and commercial acumen**, able to translate customer challenges into automation solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- **Fluent in Portuguese**; proficiency in **English** required, Spanish a plus.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil (50-70%).

Pay: R$8,000.00 - R$12,718.96 per month
