Realizar o atendimento aos clientes e suporte para vendas externas, analisando e acompanhando as transações comerciais desde a solicitação do cliente até a entrega do produto, avaliando e viabilizando a possibilidade de atender os clientes com excelência, garantindo a satisfação e concentrando-se em atingir as metas estipuladas
a) Prestar as informações de preços de produtos, prazo de pagamento e entrega, fornecendo cotação de preços a clientes e possíveis clientes;
b) Verificar se as condições negociadas com os clientes podem ser atendidas através de checagem do estoque de matéria-prima, programação da produção, possibilidades de entrega e de recebimento;
c) Controle e monitoração dos pedidos junto à área de importação e logística;
d) Manter os vendedores externos informados a respeito dos acontecimentos internos, (cancelamento de pedido, ajustes de preços, falta de produto no estoque, confirmação de venda);
e) Solicitar e acompanhar processos de solicitação de amostras para os vendedores externos, bem como acompanhar testes e desenvolvimento de projetos (amostras);
f) Inserir os pedidos no sistema de dados, preparando uma pré nota fiscal, enviando para o financeiro, logística e área fiscal diariamente, acompanhando junto à logística a efetivação da entrega no cliente;
g) Prospectar novos clientes auxiliando os vendedores externos através do contato com os clientes para verificar possíveis vendas;
h) Desenvolver relatórios e análises dos clientes, produtos, curva ABC e atendimentos para assim avaliar se todas as possibilidades nos clientes estão sendo atendidas, se há quedas ou evolução nas vendas e quais os volumes de vendas i) Participar de treinamentos das áreas de qualidade, fiscal, importação e logística, visando melhoria contínua dos serviços;
