**top-of-the-line, sustainably-sourced products made from a family-owned Brazilian **factory. As a member of the Product team, you will work closely with management and operations.

**Department Overview**

As part of Nestig’s Product Development team and an early member of the company, you will have the opportunity to help build our curated products from the ground up. You will report to the Head of Product Development from the São Paulo office and will be responsible for sourcing and buying both raw material and final products. You will be a driving force in the start of our creation of exceptional products for our customers (we’re talking cribs, rugs, wallpaper, and beyond) by building a strong and dynamic supply chain with our partners and designing problem-solving processes that scale.

This full-time position will be based out of our São Paulo office.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prospect and develop suppliers and raw material for our trimestral launches, being in touch with suppliers in order to start, maintain and improve the workflow for our production and deliveries;
- Own the process of control and monitor the cash flow and order of all our raw materials and finished goods;
- Follow up on our production operation by taking a proactive position to identify problems before they occur or compromise our delivery dates;
- Create and structure projects related to improving the data analysis on sales versus raw materials orders;
- Provide information to our CX and Operations teams to ensure the excellency of their work and a speedy resolution to any issues;
- Produce insights and reporting to management to monitor the operation's KPI's and to keep track of the current experience and improvement over time.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 2-3+ years experience in a similar, buying role, ideally within an early-stage, growth-oriented company
- Must be able to work onsite in our São Paulo office three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday], as well as additionally as needed
- Primary English communications skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for all things Product Development — you like generating and streamlining processes and building strong partnerships
- Comfort with the ambiguity of changing priorities, and the flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple assignments at once, while meeting deadlines and analyzing impact
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats
- Self-starter with a can-do, team-oriented attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
