We are excited to invite a motivated and experienced Resume and Document Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resume-related inquiries within the organization.
- Facilitate communication between the proposal, recruiting, and operations teams.
- Assist in developing and managing internal and external resume directories.
- Ensure all resumes meet company standards for content and format.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to format and review resumes for top-tier candidates.
- Support the proposal team by preparing relevant, high-quality resumes.
- Manage timely submissions of resumes for project approvals and ongoing initiatives.
- Maintain and update personnel profiles in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for client interactions via email; comfort with phone communication is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and divisions.
- Experience in a process-driven environment, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
