About the role
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative & Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team. This role focuses on creating visually compelling content and marketing materials across multiple platforms, while also supporting marketing campaigns, social media, and email initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design and produce creative assets for social media, email campaigns, and paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Meta).
- Create eye-catching visuals, graphics, and layouts using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, MidJourney, and other AI design platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns by producing creator assets, HTML emails, and digital content that aligns with brand strategy.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including content posting schedules, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and others), including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and trend research.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, execute, and optimize content strategies across channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creative design or marketing coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, etc.).
- Experience with social media content creation and basic account management.
- Knowledge of HTML email creation and basic email campaign execution.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design and work across different platforms would greatly help and priority will be given to such candidates
- Excellent spelling, writing, and communication skills in English
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with paid media creative creation for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Meta campaigns.
- Understanding of social media growth strategies and analytics.
- Ability to conceptualize and produce short-form video content.
