Quais são alguns exemplos de tarefas que o Barter Field Specialist (BFS) irá trabalhar?

  • Desenhar e implementar campanhas de Barter e ofertas estruturadas com commodities em parceria com as equipes Comercial, Marketing, Trading Desk, Crédito e Centro de Serviços de Garantias;
  • Identificar oportunidades de negócio, criar o plano de trabalho da sua área de atuação e mapear os clientes focos das operações;
  • Desenvolver e fazer a manutenção de network com as Tradings da sua área de atuação;
  • Negociar e fechar contratos de commodities (principalmente soja, milho e algodão);
  • Negociar e fechar operações estruturadas com derivativos (Futuros e Opções);
  • Apoiar o time comercial para a correta implementação das estratégias no campo, agindo sempre em compliance;
  • Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos, palestras e módulos de capacitação para equipes comerciais e clientes no que tange operações estruturadas com commodities ;
  • Identificar e antecipar as oportunidades do mercado financeiro/commodities e traduzir em ações para transformar essas oportunidades em negócios;
  • Gerenciar o budget da sua região de atuação.

Requirements:

  • Formação em Agronomia, Economia, Administração ou Marketing;
  • Experiência de no mínimo 8 anos no Agro e pelo menos 2 anos com Barter;
  • Disponibilidade de viagem 50% do tempo;
  • Conhecimento no pacote office (power point, word, excel) e Power BI;
  • Conhecimento de Mercado de Commodities, precificação, futuros e opções.
