About Us:
We are a leading provider of telematics and fleet management software, empowering businesses to improve efficiency, safety, and ROI through advanced technology. As we expand in the LATAM region, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Drive outbound sales efforts to acquire new customers in the LATAM region.
Identify, engage, and convert prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry networking.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of system integrators, and channel partners.
Deliver product demos, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track sales activities and maintain records in CRM.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in telematics, SaaS, or fleet management software.
Strong outbound sales expertise (cold calling, lead generation, closures).
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese – both written and spoken.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced international environment.
