Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Billing Specialist
to join our Billing Department. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy in service repair claims and payments. You will review completed repairs, confirm pricing, submit claims to customers, and verify technician payments. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as this position directly impacts financial accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review completed repair tickets to ensure all prices and charges are correct.
  • Submit claims to customers and follow up to resolve any issues.
  • Verify and process payments for technicians who completed the repairs.
  • Make phone calls in English to technicians, customers, and consumers when clarification or updates are needed.
  • Contact customers to correct claim issues and provide status updates.
  • Collaborate with the billing and operations team to support overall department efficiency.
  • Proactively identify and solve problems to avoid delays in payments or claims processing.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in billing, claims, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, email, Excel).

We are looking for people who want to grow with us.

The position we have at this moment is in the Logistics Department.

The job is from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 or 9:00 to 18:00 (USA Eastern Standard Time). This opportunity is for someone who can work unsupervised and work from home.

The requirements are:

  • Having a fast computer (minimum 8 GB of RAM) and a headset with a microphone that you can use to work (no earbuds or AirPods).

  • Having high-speed internet (100mbps or faster) access at home.

  • Have a quiet environment (no dogs barking, babies crying, loud music, street noises, or similar in the background).

  • Two screens to start the training (will ask for pictures before the interview).

The payment is $850.00 US Dollars per month. Paid direct deposit on the 5th of each month.

We have a probationary period of 90 days, during which you will be in training, and during this period you will be receiving $700.00 US Dollars per month.
