O Desafio:

Como Country Sales & Business Lead - Brasil, você será responsável por liderar a estratégia comercial no país, ampliar nossa presença no mercado e atuar como elo direto com a matriz na Suíça.

Suas responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e executar a estratégia comercial da operação no Brasil.
  • Expandir nossa atuação com clientes finais, OEMs, distribuidores e parceiros.
  • Representar a empresa em feiras, eventos e fóruns do setor.
  • Identificar oportunidades, analisar tendências e propor ações estratégicas.
  • Gerenciar o funil de vendas, conduzir negociações e atingir metas.
  • Fortalecer relacionamentos de longo prazo no ambiente B2B.
  • Garantir suporte técnico e pós-venda de excelência.
  • Atuar em alinhamento direto com a matriz na Suíça.

Quem buscamos:

  • Formação técnica ou superior em Mecânica, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência no setor industrial, com entendimento de máquinas e processos.
  • Grande diferencial: conhecimento em lubrificação industrial, tribologia, manutenção preditiva, análise de falhas, máquinas rotativas ou automação.
  • Forte experiência em vendas consultivas e desenvolvimento de negócios.
  • Perfil analítico, autônomo, orientado a resultados e com mentalidade empreendedora.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento B2B.
  • Inglês fluente (Espanhol é um diferencial).
  • Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.

The Opportunity:

As the Country Sales & Business Lead - Brazil, you will be responsible for defining and driving our commercial strategy in the Brazilian market, expanding our presence, and serving as the key link between our local operation and the global headquarters in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and execute the commercial strategy for the Brazilian operation.
  • Expand market presence with end customers, OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and professional forums.
  • Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, lead negotiations, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and strengthen long-term B2B relationships.
  • Ensure outstanding technical support and after-sales service.
  • Maintain close alignment and communication with the Swiss headquarters.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Technical degree or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in industrial environments with solid understanding of machinery and processes.
  • Highly valued differential: knowledge of industrial lubrication, tribology, predictive maintenance, failure analysis, rotating equipment, or industrial automation.
  • Strong background in consultative sales and business development.
  • Analytical, autonomous, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.
