YOUR ROLE
As a NOC Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our IT network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deploying and inspecting IT network systems within the NOC environment.
- Monitoring system performance, capacity, and availability.
- Performing routine checks on network hardware and software.
- Responding promptly to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues in collaboration with the network team.
- Documenting incidents and compiling detailed reports.
- Managing system backups and enforcing network security protocols.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Availability of working in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Good level of English and Spanish
