This position is fully onsite in San Salvador, El Salvador.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Senior Manager, or similar client-facing role.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with Government entities is required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders, including executive and C-level contacts.
- Solid experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and proficiency with Excel.
- Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, especially in value-based selling.
- Strong strategic planning, mediation, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficient in reporting and data analysis using Excel.
- Industry knowledge and customer relationship expertise across multiple sectors.
- Excellent English level is a must.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicate project progress and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Prepare and present status and performance reports on client accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities within assigned territories.
- Manage client escalations and complex requests to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Support strategic initiatives for process improvement and customer retention.
