Responsabilidades:

⁃ Pagamento e Faturamento de Taxas Patrimoniais de Fundos de Investimento;

⁃ Realizar a emissão de notas fiscais e recibos;

⁃ Controlar e acompanhar contas a receber e auxiliar na conciliação bancária e no fechamento mensal do faturamento;

⁃ Manter atualizado o sistema e controles de faturamento e garantir a correta classificação e registro das transações das Empresas do grupo;

⁃ Controle de Inadimplência das notas fiscais faturadas e reembolsos.

Requisitos:

⁃ Experiência prévia na área de faturamento ou financeiro;

⁃ Habilidade avançada em Excel (apresentando prévios conhecimentos em automações e Macros);

⁃ Formação em Administração, Contabilidade ou áreas relacionadas;

⁃ Boa organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidades de comunicação.
